This is all we do. We concentrate our entire practice and law firm on representing the victims and families of those who are diagnosed with mesothelioma. We don't handle car accidents or divorces. We use our experience to maximize each client's recovery. You are not alone. We provide the personal service our clients expect and we are happy to meet with you in your home or office at no charge.
We do NOT handle class actions. We represent ALL of our clients on an individual basis. We represent all of our clients on a contingent fee basis - there is no fee unless there is a recovery. The Rules of Professional Conduct require us to state that you might be responsible for costs or expenses, however, OUR CONTRACT specifically provides that you will NOT owe anything for costs, expenses or fees unless there is a recovery. Contact us today for a no obligation discussion about how we can serve your family. 866-532-6000.

Neil Maune attended the University of Notre Dame from 1979 to 1984. During his time at Notre Dame, Neil "lettered" three years in football and was a two year starter on the offensive line. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in 1984. After a two year stint attempting to make a career in the National Football League, Neil returned to Notre Dame and attended law school.
